RGO founder, Angelo has been in the staffing and consulting industry for 25 years. His leadership and success had him in management within the first 18 months and never looked back. He spent the next 13 years as a VP for Darwin Partners as part of the executive team in Darwin’s rapid growth and national expansion growing from a regional organization to a national provider of IT services and solutions, and purchasing a Chinese based BPO firm headquartered in Beijing. The next 7 years were spent as Managing Director for DISYS, building the New England region from the ground up delivering staffing and international consulting services, before moving on to create RGO. Driving strategy into execution, his leadership has helped expand the footprint of organizations, opening national offices, incorporating solutions capabilities and international business, while receiving national recognition for top 10 US based staffing organizations in year over year growth. He brings successful executive level management experience in strategy and leadership, with expert operations capabilities in business development, recruiting, and talent acquisition. He currently serves as lead consultant for RGO's full range of services.
Angelo graduated Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, with a BA in Communications and a minor in Economics, where he was also captain of the baseball team, and 2 time All-New England shortstop, before going on to play professionally in Italy. He is a sports enthusiast, musician, and supporter of the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research who he and his family have partnered with to bring an annual charity walk to Boston since 2007.
Mickey has been working in the staffing industry for 30 years. From recruiter trainee to co-owner, and most every position in between, his success had him receiving several business development and recruiter of the year awards for organizations, in both regional and national capacities. Throughout his experience at all levels, Mickey developed a passion for creating dynamic training and employee development programs from the ground up, encompassing all levels of sales, recruiting, and talent acquisition capacities in the industry. His highly successful experience in a wide range of corporate environments earned him recognition for his leadership and dedication while serving in Sr level management capacities.
Mickey also started and co-owned New Millennium, specializing is staffing solutions, where he was responsible for creating the go to market strategy, business development and recruiting capabilities, while providing executive level oversight of the organization's growth. He serves as RGO's senior engagement and marketing lead.
Mickey is a United States Army Veteran, where his leadership and coaching abilities led him to be chosen to the West Point Military Academy athletic coaching staff. Mickey attended Rhode Island College where he majored in Business Administration, and was member/captain of the varsity wrestling team.
